Principal: Mr. Brian Riviere
Mr. Brian Riviere is the Principal of Dothan High School, where he leads with a commitment to academic excellence, student growth, and a positive school culture. Before becoming principal, he served as Assistant Principal at Dothan High, where he played an integral role in student achievement initiatives, school safety, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
Mr. Riviere’s career in education spans more than 27 years. He previously served as Principal of Vernon High School and Vernon Middle School in Florida and has experience as a teacher and coach, which provided a strong foundation for his leadership. His professional focus has always been on empowering teachers, supporting students, and fostering school pride through academics, arts, and athletics.
Passionate about preparing students for success beyond graduation, Mr. Riviere believes that high expectations, strong relationships, and community partnerships are the keys to student success.

Mr. Bauzo is a U.S. Army veteran with a strong academic and professional background in education. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Social Studies, a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, and a second Master's in Educational Leadership. Over the years, Mr. Bauzo has gained valuable teaching and leadership experience in Puerto Rico, Connecticut, Florida, and Alabama.Currently, he is proud to be "part of the best team I’ve worked with in my entire career at Dothan High School — and proud to be a Wolf"!
A Florida native, Mr. Dismukes earned his bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Language Arts from Troy University and a master’s in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama. Mr. Dismukes taught English for nearly 20 years before serving as Instructional Coach at Dothan High School. He and his wife live in Dothan with their two dogs. Their daughter Victoria is an officer in the Air Force, and their son Julian is a junior at Troy University.
Ms. Johnson has been a part of the Wolfpack family since 2013 (formally Northview). Over the years, she has worked as an English teacher, instructional coach, and cheer coach, contributing to academics, student life, and school spirit. Her career began in Florida where she was born and raised. Kristy is a proud alumna of Florida State University (Go Noles!) and passionate about fostering growth, relationships, and success for every student. Her life motto is: "Do what's right and you will never go wrong." She is also the proud mom of two children, Sofia and Liam, who are both students in the Dothan City Schools System.
Mr. Lewis has worked in the Dothan City School System for 20 years after beginning his career in the Houston County School System. He is a Cottonwood native and graduate of Troy University. Prior to being an administrator, he was a History teacher and a coach. Mr. Lewis resides in Dothan with his wife Carmen and their sons Vance and Dylan.
Mr. Ryan Richards is the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Director of Dothan City Schools. He has served in a leadership role at Dothan Tech since July 2021. During his tenure, he has focused on growing and improving CTE programs. As a result, enrollment is at its highest level in recent history, with programs experiencing unprecedented success. A native of Dothan and a graduate of Dothan High School, Mr. Richards holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science Education from Troy University, a Master’s degree from the University of Alabama, and a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama. He began his professional career in Enterprise, before returning home in 2011 to teach Honors and AP Chemistry at Northview High School. In January 2017, he became the Director of Workforce Development for Southeast AlabamaWorks. He worked to connect industry and education across 10 counties helping to recruit, retain, and train the regional workforce. He is married to Suzanne, a Math Coach at the Carver School for Math, Science, and Technology. Together, they have two children, Caroline and Clark. Mr. Richards has a passion for helping students achieve their goals in life and develop lifelong skills that will serve them well beyond high school. He is committed to empowering the next generation with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
