Dothan High School Class of 2026 Senior Events and Important Dates

April 17

  • Senior Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. for Dothan City Virtual and Dothan High School Seniors
  • Prom at Landmark Park

April 30 

  • Senior Awards Program (Invitation Only) at 9:00 p.m.
  • Cap and Gown Distribution, Date to announced (TBA)

May 8

  • Wolf Walk at 9:20 a.m.
    • Cap and gown required, parents welcome in front of school

May 11

  • Baccalaureate at 6:00 p.m. at Ridgecrest Baptist (not mandatory)

Mandatory Practices

  • May 12 at 8:30 a.m. at Dothan High School Convocation Center
  • May 14 at 8:30 a.m. at Rip Hewes Stadium

Graduation

When: May 14

  • Line up at 6:00 p.m.
  • Ceremony at 7:30 p.m.

Where: Rip Hewes Stadium

Important Reminders

  • Attendance at practices is required to graduate
  • Check school email/Google Classroom for updates
  • Final transcripts available mid-June

 The Senior Awards Day Program is April 30th, 2026 at 9 a.m. at the Convocation Center.  Please submit all scholarships offered and accepted on this google form.  Without this information we can not announce them at the awards program. Please fill out the College and Scholarships Submission Form if you have been awarded any scholarships.  If you have any questions please see your counselor. 

Please do not email the counselors your scholarships you've been awarded.  You must complete the College and Scholarships Submission Form. The deadline to submit this form has passed, however, you need to submit this information no later than Friday, April 17, 2026 end of the day.
